Integrated Circuit Design Services

Intrinsix provides turnkey services in the development of integrated circuits from concept through to GDSII tape-out. Process technologies include CMOS, BiCMOS, SiGe, GaAs and Bipolar. Our analog and digital design teams have broad experience from DC to RF; from pure analog to complex mixed-signal to pure digital ICs; in low voltage / low power design, high voltage driver design, digital synthesis, design for test (DFT), digital signal processor (DSP),  microcontroller design, and embedded software design.

 

Sigma-Delta Experts

Designing low-power, accurate digital-to-analog and analog-to-digital converters can significantly differentiate your products in the marketplace with improved quality and longer battery life. We have extensive experience in the design of highly accurate sigma-delta (aka delta-sigma) modulators at audio and greater bandwidths as well as at gigahertz frequencies when used in direct digital down-converter applications.

 

Communication and Networking Front-Ends

Intrinsix has developed a novel Low-IF Digital Heterodyne Receiver which forms the basis of advanced wireless solutions. In addition, we have experience in developing advanced OFDM and Turbo-code based communications platforms forming the basis of a complete digital wireless receiver design.
