Process

Successful development of complex electronic products requires a measured amount of discipline, technique, experience and process flow. Too often, projects begin well before detailed requirements of the end-product have been established. Once engaged in a development that lacks discipline, features begin to be added, usually resulting in cost overruns and schedule extensions.
