Jim Gobes

Over the past twenty years CEO Jim Gobes has successfully navigated dynamic market conditions and a fast-changing technology landscape to create Intrinsix as a top-tier supplier of IC design solutions. Jim's background in sales and sales management both with Intrinsix and prior, has been an integral factor in the success of Intrinsix. Before joining the founding team of Intrinsix he was with Texas Instruments as an Account Manager and he created a US presence for a European technology consulting firm. In his quest to balance insightful strategy with proven tactics, he has directed the development of strategic alliances, created a world-class sales team, and developed unique management and business systems. Jim has proven his ability to create an environment that is enjoyable and rewarding for the employees as well as results-oriented for Intrinsix customers. Jim received a BS in Management and Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and is a recipient of the WPI Washburn Award for Professional Achievement.

Mark Beal
Chief Technical Officer

As Chief Technical Officer Mark Beal is responsible for customer satisfaction, the quality of the engineering team and all it creates.   Before joining Intrinsix as one of the key founders, Mark was with LSI Logic where he managed all the East Coast ASIC design centers.  His hands on engineering skills coupled with his engineering management expertise helped Intrinsix quickly produce engineering teams with deep technological know-how and broad application specific expertise.  Mark has been a integral part of the internal development of design and verification methodologies, project management styles and tools, and Intrinsix-owned Intellectual Property.
